From a question in someone's heart to a verified book in their hands — the story of how Al-Hadi brings authentic Islamic knowledge to the world.
Al-Hadi was born from a simple conviction: that correct Islamic knowledge should reach every Muslim who seeks it, regardless of their background or resources. We do not publish to generate revenue. We publish because authentic guidance is an amanah — a trust — and we take that trust seriously.
"Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim."— Sunan Ibn Mājah · Hadith 224
Every word in every book is traced to authenticated primary sources, reviewed by qualified scholars, and approved by muftis before publication.
The digital edition of every book is available at no cost in the Al-Hadi app library. Knowledge is not a commodity here.
We are not funded by advertisers or ideology. Our only agenda is correct, accessible, merciful knowledge for those who seek it.
Every book we produce travels through six demanding stages before a single copy is printed. This is what accountability to knowledge looks like.
Our scholars and researchers continuously listen to the ummah — attending circles, reading questions from communities, and consulting imams to identify the precise difficulties people face in their daily worship and understanding of deen. A topic is chosen only when genuine need has been demonstrated.
Our expert team immerses themselves in primary Islamic sources — classical Arabic texts, authenticated hadith collections, peer-reviewed tafseer, and trusted online scholarly archives. Every claim is traced to its origin. A first draft is produced with full source references on every point of knowledge.
A dedicated verification committee of senior scholars examines every sentence of the draft. They cross-reference facts, challenge weaknesses, flag ambiguities, and return detailed annotations. The author then revises. This cycle repeats until the committee is satisfied with accuracy and clarity.
The verified manuscript is submitted to qualified muftis and ʿulamāʾ formally associated with Al-Hadi. They evaluate theological soundness, correctness of rulings (aḥkām), and appropriate presentation of differences of scholarly opinion. Only after their written approval does the content become final.
With knowledge fully verified, our editorial team takes over. Cover design, typography, layout grids, chapter artwork, pull quotes, and printing specifications are all crafted with care. The goal is a book that is not only truthful but genuinely beautiful — one that honours the words it carries.
The approved files go to our printing partners. Quality-checked copies are packed with care and dispatched to readers at cost — never at profit. Simultaneously, the verified digital text is submitted to the Al-Hadi app library, where the soft copy is made available entirely free of charge for anyone seeking knowledge.
Once a book completes its full six-stage journey, the verified digital edition is published immediately and permanently in the Al-Hadi app's Library section — at no charge, with no subscription, and no lock. Anyone with a phone can access it. That is the whole point.
"When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: ongoing charity, knowledge which is benefited from, or a righteous son who prays for him."— Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim · 1631Open the Library
